The second quarter of 2022 is well underway, and we have been hard at work behind the scenes here at MySwimPro! After the successful launch of our iOS app rebrand last month, we haven’t slowed down. Our community is growing, and we have lots of new app features in the pipeline that we can’t wait to share with you!

Innovation Medley

We kicked off April with the final presentations from our Innovation Medley hackathon. We broke into teams and created new, innovative features and campaigns to help grow the MySwimPro community and bring swim coaching to more people around the world. Each team presented their pitch in a Shark Tank-style showdown.

Team Fins built a functional referral program, complete with prizes for referring more friends to the MySwimPro app.

Team Paddles created the world’s first swimming NFTs, complete with perks that include a training trip in paradise! These NFTs are still available. Check them out at swimclubnft.com!

Team Snorkel expanded coaching personalization in the app, adding options to choose a coach during the onboarding process for motivation and accountability throughout your training.

App Updates

Our latest update to the app is the improved Training Plan experience. Tap on your Plan in the app and you’ll be taken right to the day’s Workout. We also added a progress bar to help you understand where you’re at in the Plan. And when you’re close to the end of your Plan, you can take a peek at your next recommended Plan to keep the progress going!

The team is also working on enhancing Personalized Training Intervals to ensure maximum personalization for each Workout in the app.

Viral Growth

On the marketing side, we have been seeing rapid growth in our online community. Our social media audience has grown 5% in just one month, and it’s not stopping there! We’ve had quite a few videos go viral across social platforms, which helps reach more swimmers around the world.

In addition to our success on social, we’re also working on a new look and feel for the MySwimPro website and blog. These new designs will make our educational blog content easier to access and navigate, and will allow us to connect with and teach people more effectively.

In the coming months, we will be introducing new Ambassadors to the MySwimPro community. We’re really excited to share these athletes’ stories with you. Stay tuned! Meet our current Ambassador squad here.
