Swimming Background

Carol is relatively new to swimming — she didn’t start swimming for exercise until she joined the MySwimPro team. She has been a dancer for most of her life!

Carol enjoys the challenge that swimming brings compared to dancing. After a few months of swimming with the MySwimPro app, she successfully completed her first 1,000-meter Workout!

“Being in the water makes me feel connected to my mind and body!”

Editing hundreds of hours of swimming video content has helped Carol improve her own technique, too.
