Whether you’re back in the pool or sticking with at-home dryland workouts, we have a fitness challenge for you! Starting July 1, compete against fellow swimmers in our July Swim Challenge or July Strength Challenge!

To complete the July Swim Challenge, log at least 8 hours of swimming in the MySwimPro app by July 31.

If you’re focused on dryland training, log at least 12 dryland workouts in the app by July 31 to participate in the July Strength Challenge!

Here’s how to participate:

  1. Download the free MySwimPro app on iPhone or Android. Sign up for a 30-day trial of ELITE COACH to access all of our swim workouts, training plans and resources!
  2. Tap on the Feed tab. View the July Swim Challenge or the July Strength Challenge (or both!) and tap Join.
  3. To participate in the July Strength Challenge leaderboard, log 12 dryland workouts between July 1-31. To participate in the July Swim Challenge leaderboard, log 8 hours of swimming between July 1-31.
