Rolling into 2019, we made a big announcement this month and brought on a new team member. You can watch and read about our last month in the January 2019 Update here.
Below is a behind the scenes look at what we were up to in February 2019!

Open Public Offering

Earlier in February, we announced our second ever Open Public Offering. In the first two weeks of our Open Public Offering we raised over $270k from 85 investors in 18 countries! You can learn more about participating in this round of financing here. Below are some testimonials from our global investors:
“What happens when you combine a ‘first class’ team with a terrific business model….MySwimPro!” I have been most impressed with Fares and his team and how they continue to successfully scale their business and execute on their plan while regularly communicating with their investors. It is obvious that they love what they are doing. I have 100% confidence that they will continue to hit their milestones.“ – Stewart Nelson
“You are a bright person with a HUGE passion for your product and purpose – this passion seemed to only increase since your first round of investment. This passion is the biggest reason I feel confident in your team and product. I also believe you developed a product that found a great segment that is still new and has tons of growth. With more and more wearable technology coming out, I believe you have a huge opportunity ahead in the swimming and triathlon industry that only a few other companies have tapped into so far.” – Isaac Gilman
“MySwimPro continues to digitize the swimming community and has only begun to improve the lives of so many.” – Matt Kneiser

Team

We’re excited to welcome Maksym Bilan to the team as a Senior iOS Developer with more than 10 years of experience in software development. Here’s a quick note from Maksym:
“I’m excited to be a part of the team and working on the best app for swimmers in the world. I’ve always been motivated by creative projects, teamwork and being able to draw a connection between my efforts and the organization’s bottom line. I’m passionate about creating truly beautiful, efficient solutions at MySwimPro to make people’s experience with technology memorable. I started swimming when I was 8 years old. We had a swimming pool not far away from our apartment and my parents decided to try to give me and my brother to the swimming. And we immediately fell in love with swimming and hit the pool two times per day whole of our school life. These days I can connect my passion to technologies and swimming, working on great tech solutions and be a part of the sport. I love traveling, and I’ve visited more than 20 countries in Europe with my beautiful wife Tanya for the last 2 years. I would like to learn Spanish and start playing the guitar.”

USA Triathlon

Adam and I attended the USA Triathlon Coaches Certification Clinic in Los Angeles at TriFit. We learned about the mechanics of swim, bike, run training and the fundamentals of properly structuring a comprehensive triathlon training plan. Excited about the future of our company in the triathlon market. Stay tuned…
