Thanksgiving is a public holiday celebrated on the fourth Thursday in November in the United States. It originated as a harvest festival, and today in modern culture it’s an opportunity to connect with family, give thanks and swim.

This Turkey Day workout incorporates dryland training and each part of the set is labeled after a dish or part of the turkey in the Thanksgiving Day meal. Each set within the Main Set is themed after a different part of the turkey. Below is a sample dryland routine:

Main Course: Turkey 🦃

  • 1 x 200 Pull + 10 Pushups (Turkey Breast)
  • 4 x 50s IM Order + 10 Squats (Turkey Thigh)
  • 1 x 100 Stroke + 10 Jumping Jacks (Turkey Wing)
  • 2 x 50s Freestyle + 10 Sit-Ups (Turkey Stuffing)
