Triathlon training can be really tough! Running and biking can take a toll on your body, so it’s great to get in the water and ‘swim it out‘. This is a great recovery workout that you can incorporate between workouts in a training cycle. It doesn’t involve kicking, so you can focus on stretching out your stroke, and getting ready for your next tough workout.
